Patience, Saucepans & Boiling Water: The Incredible Porcinis Preserving

Carole Papion is a PhD student, lecturer and designer. She has been conducting at the Edinburgh College of Art a practice-based research project on human-fungi relationships in France and Scotland using ethnography and illustration. She is a lecturer of Graphic Design and Animation at ESAIG Estienne, Paris. Approaching design, illustration and visual arts with the same energy, her work invites us to pay attention again to the diversity of lifeforms, matter and phenomena co-shaping our living spaces. She tries to attend to fractures in this extended society by listening and bringing up voices too often backgrounded.
