Marcus Diamond is an academic who has worked across several UK institutions. He holds a research-led practice driven by experimentation, subversion, and disruption. His works intersect visual communication (graphic design, illustration, motion, and type) spaces. This expanded approach uses process as finality and explores the dissemination of ‘image’. He co-founded the studio Neasden Control Centre and published a monograph in 2003. The company was placed 85 in the 200 Best Design Moments Ever in 2012, by Computer Arts Magazine. He is currently course leader for MA Visual Communication at Teesside University and is studying for a PhD by Completed Work
